seon f7289be972 fix(alloy): keep the cadvisor up series 
cadvisor_keep의 두 번째 keep 규칙이 namespace 없는 up을 떨어뜨려 스크랩 성공 여부를 볼 수 없었다.
up은 통과시키고 container_* 만 네임스페이스로 거른다.
